While cold-rolled threads prevent cross-threading anddamage to cylinder heads and a trivalent plating eliminates the need foranti-seize. Complete with a high-grade alumina silicateceramic.

One strategy for extending the service life of a standardnickel spark plug is to equip it with multiple ground electrodes. With suchspark plugs the spark continually jumps over to a different groundelectrode. In doing so the wear is distributed to up to four groundelectrodes and the service life isextended.
