How to request a price match?

  • Simply note or screenshot the advertised price and the retailer where you found it, then contact our friendly customer service team. We’ll confirm the price match and make sure you get the product at the best price available!

Terms and Conditions 

The product must be from the same brand, colour and SKU

  • Must be an Australian retailer to be price matched.  This means products advertised on auction sites, group buying sites, clearance sites, daily deals sites, ebay, Kogan, Gumtree etc are not eligible. Run-out stock, grey imports, or products from wholesale distributors are also not eligible.
  • The price must be on valid on the same day of the price match request
  • The competitor must stock the item or must be available in store
  • We will not match websites that have pricing errors
  • We have the right not to price match products that are below our cost price
  • The price match can’t be used in conjunction with any other offers such as promotional codes.
  • The product's cost of delivery will be accounted for and the type of delivery the competitor is offering will be factored when determining the price match
