Specifications

Manufactured from highest quality silicone, this high performance motorcycle cooling hose kit replaces the stock radiator hoses and is guaranteed not to perish or fade.

Designed to operate at temperatures from -50°C up to +180°C and at operating pressures of 2.5 – 15 bar meaning running temperatures can be reduced by up to 5°C

Eazi-Grip hoses feature an easy-to-maintain heat resistant surface that also offers fantastic abrasion resistance and will remain pliable for life.

Fitting

Ensure the engine is cold and release any pressure in the cooling system. Drain the cooling system. Identify each hose in the kit and match to the equivalent hose on the bike. Remove and replace each hose one at a time, taking care to return each hose clip to it's original position.

Ensure hoses are in the correct orientation and not fouling or rubbing any other parts. Tighten the hose clips to 3 to 3.5 Nm

Refill the system with specified coolant and mix and bleed the system as per manufacturer's instructions. If in any doubt, consult a professional to carry out the fitting.
